Blogs has become a phenomenon today. Everybody has one or more blogs now. There is more than 27.7 million blogs according to blogher.com (McGann, 2004). According to blog analysis firm Technorati, the size of blogosphere has doubled every five months over the last year and a half. The firm’s chief executive, David Sifry said the number of blogs now is over 8 times bigger than the 500,000 blogs in June 2003. In Malaysia, the trend of blogging is increasing as more and more people has excess to the internet. Internet is available everywhere even in mamak stall. The trends also increase in most Asian developing countries especially in China. From Sabahan.com, 28% of the Malaysian Top 50 bloggers write about personal stuff in their blog. 16% write about politics and some 16% more write about technology. Blogs has many benefits to us. For example, in Malaysia nowadays there is a lot of online shopping blogs. Many politicians use blogs to voice their opinions, as it is easy and cheap to blog. They don’t have to get permit from the police to do so.
